            The Committee on Health and Human Resources moves to amend the bill on page 10, line 18, by inserting a new subsection (g) to read as follows:

            “(g) A person who acts pursuant to subsection (a) of this section is not subject to any sanction for a violation of a condition of pretrial release, probation, furlough or parole.”
